Centre
The Toy Library
Play Centre has an important role to play in
consolidating the National Programme
Guidelines (Curriculum) to the
Pre-School sector in the Republic of
Mauritius and at the level of the African
continent and beyond.
In line with
the Educational reforms in Mauritius and the
restructuring of the Pre-School Trust Fund,
a Play Centre has been set up for all
Pre-Schools Children, Lower Primary Schools
Children, Educators and Parents.

manipulate and experience with exhibits
in different corners, take part in
workshops, acquire knowledge and early
practice of science and technological
toys. |

sensitize parents on the importance of
pedagogical toys. |

a venue with a new cultural outreach. |

opportunity to children with their
family or group to experience the

children's curiosity and make them

and in deprived areas (mobile toy
